when i code according to TensorFlow Fold Quick Start

and run the code scalar_block.eval(42)

the notebook shows " The kernel appears to have died. It will restart automatically."

It shows similar info below:

I goolge it and get #30 there is no solution.

what is the problem and what is the solution,i'm confused.
