How to Reproduce the Bug?

A player sells the private to one company, but another company owned by the same player gets the option to use the private. This actually placed a token of the first company during the second company's turn.

In the game above, OR 6 for WRA, at 13:21 timestamp.

Which Browser / Platform?

Win10, Chrome
