Need help parsing "SELECT NEXT VALUE"

I am using sqlglot for SQL transpilation and ran into an issue parsing queries like below. Which files/routines should I look at to fix this?

SELECT NEXT VALUE FOR SAMPLE_SEQ AS SEQ_NEW FROM ABC

What is the input dialect? Can you provide a documentation link?
