Refresh docs

Hi. We investigating integrating Photino into our app but noticed the docs could use a little refresh. I published a draft of the refresh using GitHub Pages in the following fork:

I tried to make as minimal additions or changes as possible, see the following for a comparison:

master...geoffreymcgill:photino.Documentation:master

I noticed a few other spots where the docs could be optimized and could easily get this all setup for you if interested. There shouldn't be a problem hosting the refreshed docs at https://docs.tryphotino.io/ using GitHub Pages.
