Photino removes the minimize button from non-resizable windows on Windows OS. This is incorrect behavior. The availability of minimize button, if wanted, should be available separately.

This is a duplicate of tryphotino/photino.NET#112 This is default Windows behavior, but it can be overridden and has been added to the backlog as an enhancement.
