Provided storybook descriptions for all widgets (except the Hierarchy widgets to be deleted) as proposed in #135.
The descriptions are all located in a new file
src/app/widgetDescriptions.ts(is this the location we want, or should it be changed?) and provided in the story files viaparameters.docs.description.component.Some of the descriptions (e.g. SearchBarWidget) should probably be reviewed since I don't know much about the use case of these components.
