only galactic tab works on navigator page

@mdxtinkernick Does this issue persist after letting the page load for some time? Can you give any information about your internet quality? I am not able to replicate the issue you reported, but I am aware that the media files need to fully load before you can access the other tabs.

Internet connection is ok - other pages loading correctly in sub 1sec, with all tabs working.

Just tried leaving the navigator page (which appears to have loaded) not working (link on the Jazzy word is https://turtlebot.github.io/turtlebot4-user-manual/tutorials/turtlebot4_navigator.html#), but after 75 upwards secs page then stats working and whole page works - refresh the page and it take around minute and a half to function correctly. Doesn't happen on other pages that I have seen in the user manual (all work immediately on initial load. Tested with safari and chrome on Mac
