Transactional Emails Setup / Not Received

Great work with Twenty so far!

Issue:

Can't get ant transactional emails to send via the SMTP settings I am defining in docker compose / environment vars.

Specifics

• I am running something like the below (password and emails changed)
• I have just been using a dedicated Gmail with an app password to send emails for self-hosted apps and it's been working well with all other apps but just can't get it to go with Twenty ...
• I have tried placing this info in all of the following places:
• Compose File > twenty-server image > Environment var section
• Compose File > twenty-worker image > Environment var section
• .env file (actual environment var file)

See anything wrong with it? Is it sufficient to just place it in the .env or it needs to be associated with the server or worker image or both?

Thoughts - Possibilities

On many other SMTP settings the user needs to specify whether to use TLS or SSL. I don't see a setting for this in the docs:

Maybe missing an option?

I also wasn't able to find any error feedback on why transactional emails aren't being sent in logs.

UPDATE AFTER MORE RESEARCH
For anyone else that finds this, realizing Twenty may have trouble sending emails via Gmail.

Basically, Twenty uses Nodemailer and Nodemailer DOES look like it supports Gmail but I suspect it requires special config that Twenty does not support, specifically using oauth2 for the authentication?
