Combobox border color

Hey team! I noticed a change to the combobox in a Segment staging environment. The Evergreen theme combobox used have lighter borders, and it looks like the borders have been darkened to match the Twilio theme. Is this an intentional change?

Noticing this change on more components then the combobox (like the header in the screenshot), it looks like a regression with the evergreen theme borders across many components. For segment users, it introduces a visual discrepancy between components and pages that are still evergreen and yet to be migrated to paste with evergreen theme.
