Weird graphical mouse/trackpad pointer issue #2164

Describe the bug

Noticeable flickering on animated 'busy' pointer. What makes it weird is that when I try to record the issue using Kooha, the problem abruptly disappears and everything looks perfect!

What did you expect to happen?

There to be no pointer flickering when loading a Gui application
