This PR is similar to #26.

Change the URL of https://docs.universal-blue.org/ to point from https://universal-blue.discourse.group/docs to https://universal-blue.discourse.group/t/documentation/3147. Documentation for Bazzite, Bluefin, and Aurora has moved from the Discourse forums to their own documentation website.
