This is the file which contains code holding the chat TextInput. The name doesn't seem very obvious for first time contributors to me so I think it might be a good idea to change its name.

Change the file name, any component names that need to be changed, and make sure that everything still works.

Component is located at client/app/components/chat/ChatScreenFooter.tsx.

Please make sure to write "Closes #[this issue number]" when creating the PR for this issue.
