Build out the members Search Tracks page according to the below wireframes. The data does not need to be connected yet, and mock data will suffice.

This page will allow members to search up tracks to queue up for their club.

It looks like the components don't exist yet, but here's what you would need to do:

• Create src/apps/members/pages/SearchTracks.tsx
• Create src/apps/members/pages/SearchTracks.scss
• Add <SearchTracks /> to src/apps/members/routes.tsx to a new route (like maybe "/search")
• That should allow you to see the component at http://localhost:3000/members/search. You can use the admin app (src/apps/admin) as a reference.

You can also add (or abstract out) any additional components to the src/apps/members/components/ directory if you think anything would need to be reused for members stuff.
