Describe the bug
mako使用sass，配置了sassLoader: {}，安装了[email protected]依赖，本地能正常运行，但是构建失败，报错：Can't find stylesheet to import.
貌似是不支持使用了波浪号~开头的导入方式？
因为导入scss语法是第三方包里的，我需要想办法兼容。
