[Gallery][UI Components] incorrect MaterialSecondaryHyperlinkButtonStyle foreground

Current behavior

Un Material there are 2 same hyperlinks with no difference in it. But the style in XAML is different so not sure whether this is expected.

Expected behavior

Unsure on the behavior.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

1. Open Gallery on any of the platforms.
2. Navigate to Menu -> UI Components -> HyperlinkButton.
3. Go to Material.
4. Observe 2 hyperlinks in Default.
