Currently, the test projects in the template (both unit and UI tests) are using VSTest. I think it may be nice to have the templates use Microsoft.Testing.Platform. Possibly with a template option that users can use to use VSTest, if they want. If such an option is added, the template wizard needs to show that in UI as well.
