cf) doesn't work

Summary

The evil_change command doesn't support f<char>, for instance cf) will not work.

Reproduction Steps

I tried this:

1. hx
2. Type cf)

I expected this to happen:

Change until )

Instead, this happened:

The status bar shows "Command interrupted" and nothing happens.
