Extract import module to be used outside main package

Hello guys, recently I cloned the repository to create a new CLI command with a proposal to import collections by this one.

would be perfect if we (users) could use the CLI to import our files. But unfortunately, I had some difficulties using the actual import module.

Is there any way to use this module or order to you guys export it to use in other modules?
