Test on coupled-test (set ${GROUP} to coupled-test)???

Convert to github actions ???

on code.chs.usgs.gov (Gitlab)
rename master to main for all pipeline repos
copy main to develop for all pipeline repos

update all .gitlab-ci.yml to work on the develop branch only
