Remove/merge unnecessary windows and dialogs, cleanup and organize code

The tracker select ROI buttons should be right on the camera
There are a lot of sliders
Add object start and end configuration and wall overlays as required by ICRA
Remove access (but do not remove code) to previous modifiers (squares and objects)
