Thank you for this great plugin.
I would appreciate if you could add the following features.

A mechanism to select on which pages to notify. For example a checkbox to add to the page editor.
An option to select notification being sent as well on post and page updates (not only on creation of new pages and posts).
An option to schedule or limit emails. Currently if you create 5 posts within 1 minute, you get 5 mails.
It would be good if you could limit the mails to like 1 email per day, that contains all new posts for that day.
