Accessibility: text contrast

Currently the website uses gray text on the blue/black gradient background. This is not high enough contrast to please https://www.accessibilitychecker.org

I think that just changing the main text to be white instead of gray would probably fix it.

This is interesting and I will work on this and try to resolve as many issues as possible. I cannot say any ETA since I have very busy incoming weeks.
