I have set my window extents to be -4,5 in X and 0,5 in Y. We get axis labels that are not always inclusive of the limits. We should change this so we get axis labels that are inclusive of the limits.

See in the picture that X has a label for -4 but not one for 5. Y is missing both axis labels.

This is also an issue for Curve plots.
