When one's in the club and leaves the chat and then tries to return the bot asks usual "reply, dont touch that button...". Yet, it's still tracks club's membership and the one simply just can't get back.
I see three ways here:
Nobody needs it, it should not bother anybody
Allow the members to get back freely without the towel-check
Extend the towel-mode to recognize the one and scribe down the time untill one should wait (btw, in mobile version one can't get the exact date-time of the club-leaving)

I believe if the user becomes a hussar, it is the guaranteed user is not a bot. So towel-mode shouldn't ask them again when they decide to come back.
The problem is... we do not store club members persistently to check it for every "new" user. So, we should, or we need a more elegant solution 👑 👑 👑 👑
