increase the width of the editing fields

when editing a record, the table is very narrow. I ask you to increase the width of the fields so that it is more convenient to edit and see all the fields in full. There is space on the screen and there is a lot of it.

I'll increase the maximum width from 40 to 60. I don't want to use something like width: 100% because it just looks ugly. I don't want to use size="$maxlength" because people often set varchar(255) without thinking. I don't want to use size="$strlen" because then every edit form of the same table would look different (e.g. if you open more of them in tabs). Also wide inputs look bad when inserting a new item.
