[Feature Request] Disable XSOverlay's Discord Presence automatically

Whilst VRChat is open, disable the XSOverlay Discord Presence if the VRCX Presence is enabled.
This would prevent them from conflicting the same way the VRChat Presence does with VRCX and would be useful for users who wish to use XSOverlay's Presence for other games.

The setting can be set and requested using XSOverlay's API to ensure it isn't enabled if the user previously had it disabled before launching VRChat.

A toggle in the VRCX Discord Presence Settings menu would work fine.
