https://crates.io/crates/checkmark is still available. If you wait too long, it will be gone.

There are a few github actions which do all the work for you https://github.com/search?q=rust%20github%20actions%20release&type=repositories

I highly recommend https://github.com/taiki-e/upload-rust-binary-action , as the author also maintains an action to install those released binaries into peoples workflows so they are quick to install: https://github.com/taiki-e/install-action
