[ISSUE]: audio input/output drop down list not showing anything

im at a loss, everything works fine except for audio input and output has their drop down list empty. tried downloading a different version, tried a clean install, tried deleting voicemeeter and virtual cable input on the off chance that they might cause the issue, didnt work.

I'd start by downloading the latest version as that one may have bugs already fixed in newer ones. The latest version for v1 is v1.5.3.18a. If that doesn't work, try with the latest v2.

tried v1.5.3.17b and v1.5.3.18a, even vcclient_win_cuda_2.0.73-beta still same issue

Does in server mode lists your devices?
If not, I feel there may be something with your drivers. I'd try to update or reinstall the audio drivers.
Do your devices shows fine in the audio settings in the control panel?

found the issue, caused by nvidia broadcast, uninstalled that n completely fixed the whole thing. thx for trying to help thru all this

I found same issue when upgrade from Win11 23H2 to 24H2, and it is fixed by uninstalling NVidia Broadcast, thank you.
