[ISSUE] VB cable/Virtual Audio Cable not receiving audio

So I have been using this free of problems for nearly a year now, but suddenly VB cable or Virtual Audio Cable lite are not receiving any audio. Using my default microphone works just fine, but theres no fun in that if I can't have the audio play through Discord or vidya games. (I did recently install comfyui and installed a bunch of custom nodes so maybe something broke when that happened?) I am stumped as to what to even do at this point, I have looked at the issues tab and cannot find a solution. Volume stays at 0.0000

For some strange reason, Virtual Audio Cable works if I set it to output instead of input, but I wouldn't call that a good fix lol

Have you considered it's because the output... is the output from the program?

This is literally how I have mine setup.
If you want to hear your own output.. just have a monitor device added.
