Use better tooling to update docs and contexts. #25

The docs and contexts were hand written. This is error prone. Switch to better tooling.

An experiment using yml2vocab was attempted but at the time that tooling was lacking support for foreign terms, which was a non-starter due to the wide use of schema.org terms.
