I was wondering if using the principle of let's encrypt to build a PKI infrastructure for both issuers and verifiers would be a solution to the problem. Indeed, wallets would then have the ability to check the issuer (respectively the verifier) certificate while requesting (respectively presenting) verifiable credentials.
Any thoughts about the idea?
