On VO on all browsers and throughout multiple tests, a button name may be announced repeatedly an inconsistent number of times. Sometimes these duplicate announcements end up as the "Most Common Results" in a stress test run.

For example:

There are also inconsistent duplicate announcements in the slider value announcements in VO + any browser in the horizontal-slider tests as well. For example:

FWIW there has been flakiness around this test when run in APG's regression tests in the past that required somewhat of a "hacky" solution. This makes me wonder about the general navigation of the tests being ran in CI.

@howard-e Hmm actually this might be directly related to this common issue where navigation does see to be especially flaky in disclosure nav tests in CI...
