[FEATURE] useExtendedLib 方式能否支持指定版本号？ #152

遇到的问题

一直在使用 useExtendedLib 的方式使用 weui 组件库，目前使用良好，只是有时候 weui 官方更新会影响到小程序的样式，所以可以支持锁定版本号么？

weui版本更新导致样式出错了，现在还不能锁定版本吗？
