Cookie Consent keeps popping up with Varnish Cache enabled. #33

When Varnish cache is running cookie consent keeps popping up on the home page and a couple of other pages, but not all pages.

Using Octane here, getting the consent every page, I can see that the cookie is being pulled down upon pressing accept.

It's just not getting verified on page load
