There is no prompt to connect an existing domain. Clicking "Add a domain" leads to the "register a domain" page. Clicking "All Domains" instead and then the + button has an option to transfer a domain, but not connect.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Navigate to My Site > More > Domains.
Click "Add a domain" or "ALL" (at the top-right).
For "Add a domain": see that the page is labeled Register Domain and there is no option to connect an existing domain, even after searching for an existing domain.
For "ALL": click the + button at the top-right, and again see that there's no option to connect an existing domain name.
