There have been some reports of runtime errors with v1.3.15:

xmlsec.Error: (100, 'lxml & xmlsec libxml2 library version mismatch')

Currently if running on Python 3.12 and earlier, we recommend staying with v1.3.14.

We are experiencing the same error with python 3.10.

Missing wheels break the installation in CI (and likely as well in our
projects) due to a lxml/xmlsec version mismatch. See upstream issues:

Same on Python 3.11 in our CI pipeline, pinning to 1.3.14 appears to resolve it. Probably this is a duplicate of #344 though

We are experiencing the same issue in our CI pipeline on Python 3.12.
