Missing wheels break the installation in CI (and likely as well in our projects) due to a lxml/xmlsec version mismatch. See upstream issues: * xmlsec/python-xmlsec#344 * xmlsec/python-xmlsec#345
Same on Python 3.11 in our CI pipeline, pinning to 1.3.14 appears to resolve it. Probably this is a duplicate of #344 though |

There have been some reports of runtime errors with v1.3.15:
Currently if running on Python 3.12 and earlier, we recommend staying with v1.3.14.
