Bug Report

actions/upload-release-asset triggers the following warning:

The following actions uses node12 which is deprecated and will be forced to run on node16: actions/upload-release-asset@v1. For more info: https://github.blog/changelog/2023-06-13-github-actions-all-actions-will-run-on-node16-instead-of-node12-by-default/

This action has not been updated for 4-5 years now and has been archived; would it makes sense to use a GitHub CLI instead of relying on third-party action? There's gh release upload command that could suit well: https://cli.github.com/manual/gh_release_upload
