As far as I know, there are two problems:

(1) When calling function EnumServicesStatusA on Windows 7, the second argument SERVICE_TYPE_ALL cause an error 87.

(2) We use LocalAlloc to create a buffer ServicesStatus to receive results, however it's not good enough.
