New qss for Zeal

Hi, I write a qss for Zeal, It works on my computer. I hope it could be avaible for everyone, should we consider it?

Beacuse I don't want change the code, and import asstes, so some widget not changed.

QScrollBarBar will make bug for docset_dialog, so I comment it.

The style looks good!

At the same time I don't think styles are something Zeal should bundle. Qt makes it easy to override style for application via a command line argument. To make it more user friendly, we can consider adding a setting to configure the path to the style file. Feel free to create an issue for that. Cheers.

HAHA, thinks for your reply, this is a good idea also. don't bundle css is good idea for KDE (or linux) users especially. :)
