2. Issues with the Zellij behavior

Issue description

I have created multiple sessions with multiple tabs in each. After powering off the machine and trying to resurrect the sessions, a few of the tabs were missing. I have tried changing configs, but it doesn't make a difference.

Minimal reproduction

1. Create a session
2. create multiple tabs using different layouts
3. Close Zellij
4. Power off your system
5. Power on and try to resurrect the session
6. Check if tabs are missing
