How to disable uart smp transport initialization from prj.conf

Hi is it somehow possible to disable this line of code:

zephyr/subsys/mgmt/mcumgr/transport/src/smp_uart.c

Line 117 in baced6d

SYS_INIT(smp_uart_init, APPLICATION, CONFIG_APPLICATION_INIT_PRIORITY);

from prj.conf?
I have implemented SMP client application and when I don't disable this line my rx tx functions are not called, but those from subsys are called.

I do not think there is a way to disable it without modifying the code, i have also been looking for an option but have not found one. Would be nice to be able to switch to smp communication during runtime. I solved it by taking this PR and modifying it:
nrfconnect/sdk-nrf#8839
