How to get started (minimal instructions)

1. Start the bot and specify both a home channel (--homeChannels "#mychannel") and yourself as an administrator (--admins youraccount)
2. In a home channel, say !help
3. Query usage of a single command with !help !command (or !help nameofplugin command)
   3a. Refer to the wiki page on available commands
4. Generate a configuration file and explore it for more knobs to tweak

That's basically it!
