mix-blend-mode issue on Safari 13.0.5

@mrtcode this seems to be a rendering issue in Safari 13. Let’s see if an update fixes the issue. If not, the only workaround I have found so far would be to target Safari only and set mix-blend-mode: multiply on .layer-highlight. The drawback of this workaround is that the dashed rectangle is then multiplied too (which is a smaller issue than this one).
