Ive got message

ZWES1014I ZIS status - 'Failure' (name='ZWESIS_STD ',
cmsRC='30', description='Server is not running',
clientVersion='2')

There are several problems with it.... code 30 ( not in the message)

1. firstly what do I do to fix it?

2 ) if this is a failure, the message number should not end in I for information, perhaps end in E or S.

3. Which server? GW/ZSS/ZAAS/DI/?

4. where do I look for cmsrc = 30?

Please give it a unique message number, and a fuller description, or expand the message text to tell me what to do
