"Verify Certificate" Option Resets Values to Default

When updating values on the UI and selecting the "Verify Certificate" option, the system reverts to default values on the certificate page

Also if we save and close and again resume it still the values for certificate page change to defaults. and same thing is happening if we relaunch app, the get reset.

My understanding: the value of "verify certificate" is set correctly when first done, but if you leave that page and return to it, the value gets reset to default.
