NLP for good: Toxicity bot

This bot will check all the messages for their content, send it to NLP AI and classify the message as toxic or non-toxic.

TODOS:

1. Add telegram buttons and connect it to google sheets to label data.
2. Refactor code for better use.
3. Create option for deleting toxic messages.
