Kernel configuration belongs in the meta layer of the respective machine. As the emulator now has it's own meta layer, it's kernel can be removed from meta-asteroid.
The emulator now has a separate meta layer, which is the more appropriate location for machine-specific configuration.
Emulator machine configuration has been moved to meta-asteroid.
Machine-specific changes have been moved to the emulator's meta layer.
Qemu-specific patches have now been moved to a new machine in meta-smartwatch.
This is the name used for this machine in it's dedicated meta layer under meta-smartwatch.

Currently, qemu-related configuration is strewn all over meta-asteroid. This PR removes those changes from meta-asteroid, moving them to a dedicated machine under meta-smartwatch instead.
