This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

  1. Adds the following alerts to the Web policy initiative:
    • Deploy LA Workspace Daily Cap Limit Reached Alert
    • Deploy Activity Log LA Workspace Delete Alert
    • Deploy Activity Log LA Workspace Regenerate Key Alert
  2. Updates related documentation
