Issue description :

  • Ajouter le champ intérêt particulier dans label et prioriser leur traitement et leur publication
  • Changer le délai de carence de 4 à 7 jours

Attention : il faut prévoir de reprendre les décisions actuelement en attente dans label pour leur appliquer la métadonnée intérêt particulier
