First version of location tracking.

OpenCV 2.4.X is needed for compiling.

Work need to be done: [ ] Change Key Point finding method from SIFT to others. [ ] Solve the Problem that same image get differet article vectors with database input and test input. [ ] For the matched images, test their locations of matching keypoints to see if they really match. [ ] Further methods to be added to improve the reliability.
